Scanning magnetic polarimetry methodology for studying ferromagnetic layers is described. Software-hardware implementation of the magnetometer and measurement and processing algorithms are presented. Results of studying ferromagnetic layers ion-synthesized in the magnetic field are given. Dispersion of the magnetic anisotropy with respect to the direction of the magnetic field applied at the implantation is found.
Mots-clés : Kerr effect, ion implantation.
