The present work reveals and investigates spatially oscillating photovoltaic current (SOPC) in direction [100] in ferroelectric SbSI at illumination by polarized light in direction [010] and at formation from optical dependence in direction [001] of SOPC structure. Results of SOPC research in optical active crystals are stated. Some experimental and physical basics of SOPC are discussed.
