The parametres of DNA denaturation, the temperature of DNA denaturation ($T_m$) and its interval ($\Delta T$) has been calculated by denaturation differential curves. It was shown that during the radiation of DNA solution by the frequency of$ 64.5~GHz$ $T_m$ increases by $1.2^{\circ}C$ band its interval $\Delta T$ decreases by $0.35^{\circ}C$.
