On the optimal stabilization of orthotropic rectangular plate put on the elastic bases

It is studied the problem of optimal stabilization of elastic orthotropic hinged-supported plate vibrations put on the elastic basis. Its normally directed stabilizing influence has effects on the plate. The problem is solved by means of Foure method stabilizing the amplitude of each of its own vibrations.
