On the optimal control of vibrations of right-angled plate

The problem of optimal control of the vibrations of freely 1eaned elastic orthotropic right-angled plate is studied by means of outer forces, spread along its surface. The problem is solved by means of Furye’s method and is brought to the problem of moments in space $L_2(O, T)$. The form of control influence is determined. Sufficient conditions of even meeting of the studied row are given.
