X-ray determination of the elasticity modulus of laser irradiated Si monocrystals

The effect of crystalline disturbances, arising due to laser irradiation, upon the form of Pendellosung fringes obtained in an X-ray two-block interferometer is considered. The results of the found elasticity modulus for local regions of Si monocrystals are presented. It is shown that for the laser irradiated crystals the elasticity modulus is smaller than that for the perfect ones.
