Static polarization of glassing systems

The possibility of application of existing theories of polar amorphous substances to the glassing systems has been considered in this report. It has been shown that the common theory of polarization leads to satisfactory agreement with experiment, if there exists temperature dependence of the correlation factor of dipoles.
