The passing of the light through the liquid crystal layer situated between isotropic glass plates has been considered. The changing influence of the corner created be the directors on the both boundaries of the liquid crystal layer, on the optical parameters of the discussed three-layer plates has been calculated. The graphics, built on the corresponding calculations carried out on the computer are presented in the paper.
