The effect of diffusion of Li$^+$, K$^+$, Ni$^{3+}$ impurities on the ultrasonic absorption in AT-quartz has been studied. The diffusion of impurities suppresses the relaxational absorption peaks and forms new peaks due to Li$^+$, K$^+$. For $\varepsilon>10^{-4}$ the diffusion by Li$^+$, K$^+$ leads to increasing while the diffusion by Ni$^{3+}$ to decreasing of AT-quartz plasticity.
