Change of thermal functions at polymer extension

In this work, general relations are obtained for the internal and free energies, as well as the entropy of stretched polymers. Changes in thermodynamic functions during highly elastic and also elastic deformation of polymers for their different physical states are considered. Conditions for the deformation of rubbers at constant internal energy are obtained.
