The effect of mechanically excited surface waves on the change in CO$_2$ concentration during its desorption from the liquid volume is considered. The influence of the parameters of mechanical waves on the desorption of CO$_2$ from a liquid has been experimentally revealed. The dependences of the average gas concentration on time are given for different depths of the basin and for different frequencies and amplitudes of the wave generator.
