Localization proof of the isoperimetric Bakry--Ledoux inequality and some applications

A Gaussian-type isoperimetric inequality due to D. Bakry and M. Ledoux is proved by means of the localization lemma of Lovasz and Simonovits. Some applications on sharp large deviations are given.
