The paper examines an empirical distribution function generated by a random binomial sampling from a finite population. A comparative binomially randomized experiment is represented as a procedure of alternative binomial sampling from two finite populations. The proposed analogues of the Kolmogorov and Smirnov tests are based on probabilities introduced by binomial sampling.
