It is shown by means of examples that the Rice series may be used for representation of $\mathbf P\{\xi_t:\,\xi_t\le 0,\,t\in[0,T]\}$ in the cases of nondifferentiable processes $\xi_t$ or processes $\xi_t$ with purely discontinuous spectrum.
