In this paper, we investigate properties of Gibbsian states which correspond to the case when there simultaneously exist two phases in the volume. Such states were constructed for a three-dimensional Ising model with attraction in our previous paper [10]. Here we also introduce such states for a three-dimensional Ising model with repulsion.
