Some remarks on convergence to Poisson's limit law

The paper contains necessary and sufficient conditions for the laws of sums $\mathscr L(S_{nk})$ to converge to Poisson's law $P(\lambda)$ as well as for moments of these sums to converge to respective moments of the limit law $P(\lambda)$.
