Application of Function-Space Integrals to the Evaluation of the Statistical Sum of Quantum Statistics

The well-known result given by Feynman [5] and Kac [6] concerning the presentation of the fundamental solution of the parabolic partial equation in the form of the Wiener integral is used in obtaining a simple method for deriving an expansion of the statistical sum of quantum statistics in powers of Plank's constant $h$.
