Computer Simulation of the Dynamics of a High-Speed Impact

On the basis of a model of a porous elastoplastic medium, the problem of penetration of high-velocity particles into a planar target of finite thickness is numerically analyzed. The simultaneous and consecutive impacts of two particles upon the target are considered.
