We investigate the influence of demagnetizing fields on the conditions for the appearance of magnetic inhomogeneities of the type of $0$-degree domain walls in thin ferromagnetic films and on their structure theoretically. We obtain expressions for demagnetizing fields generated by samples of a given geometry in the thin-film approximation and find the magnetization distributions for non-Bloch-type inhomogeneities and their stability region.
Keywords: 0-degree domain wall, thin ferromagnetic film, demagnetizing field, perturbation theory, solution stability region.
