The vacuum cosmological solution is unique in the relativistic theory of gravity

We show that although the equations of the relativistic theory of gravity admit nontrivial vacuum cosmological solutions, all these solutions contradict the causality principle. The vacuum cosmological solution is therefore unique and trivial: the gravitational field is zero.
