Scattering of Electrons on the Dyon

We calculate spherical and parabolic wave functions for a charge–dyon system in the continuum spectrum. The coefficients of the spherical–parabolic and parabolic–spherical transformations are proportional to the generalized hypergeometric function $_{3}F_2(\dots|1)$. We solve the quantum mechanical problem of the scattering of charged particles in the field of a dyon.
