Hamiltonian formulation of massive spins 2 and 3 and one-derivative changes of variables

We construct the Hamiltonians and the full systems of constraints for massive spin-2 and spin-3 gauge fields with noncanonical Lagrangians. A redefinition of fields involving one derivative can change the spectrum.
