Parton version of the model with memory for description quantum objects is suggested. It is proposed that the quantum objects consist of valent and sea subpartons, bearers of the corpuscular and wave properities, respectively. The subpartons are similar but not identical to partons of quantum chromodinamics. Interpretation of the quantum Zeno effect is presented in framework of the model. It is shown that specific (nonvalent) interaction between quantum atom sistem and the classical fields causes the effect. This interaction destroies coherence of sea subpartons which localize on different energy levels in the atom. It is possible to consider as physical cause of wave-function collaps.
