The statistical radiating properties of the superemitting laser are studied on the base of the kinetic equation for the density matrix of the generating field. The original derivation of this equation is proposed. The statistical properties of a laser environment are investigated in a stationary regime of generating. We analyzed the role of the disintegration velocity of inner resonator photon fluctuations and the statistical properties of an active environment in suppressing of the fraction noise of the photocurrent. We show that if the active environment is exited by a weak external pump, then the maximally possible depression of the fraction noise reaches only 50%, while under the strong excitement of the environment the depression attains 100%. The optical spectrum of the generation is obtained far from the unstable region.
