Gravitational field of rotating massive spherical cover in RTG

A continuous solution for the gravitational field of a rotating massive spherical cover in RTG is obtained by using the approximation linear in the velocity of expansion but arbitrary in static gravitational field. It is shown how the dragging effect in the cavity of the cover can be used to define a global inertial coordinate system.
