The thermodynamics of a low-doped narrow-band Hubbard magnetic material is described in the framework of a consistent perturbation theory using the diagram technique of the $t$–$J$ model. Possible magnetic structures are investigated. Up to the linear approximation in the hole concentration, it is shown that the ground state of the electrons is ferromagnetic.
