Remarks about $c>1$ and $D>2$

In this note I discuss recent progress in our understanding of quantum gravity in the two cases: $c>1$ for $2d$ quantum gravity and $D>2$ for Euclidean Einstein–Hilbert gravity formulated in space-time dimensions $D$.
