Diffusion in a~lattice with static disorder

An expansion with respect to fluctuations of the transition probabilities and the effective-medium approximation are used to obtain an asymptotic expansion in the limit $\omega\to 0$ for the diffusion coefficient in a $d$ dimensional lattice with static disorder characterized by the presence of both disorder of the bonds (“random barriers”) and disorder of the energy levels at the sites (“random traps”).
