Bogolyubov's method of quasiaverages and the reduced-description hypothesis are used to consider the thermodynamics and kinetics of spiral magnets with two equivalent sublatticeso Expressions are obtained for the spin-wave spectra and Green's functions in the quasiparticle and “hydrodynamic” approximations.
