Physical meaning of Casimirs of a~four-dimensional ideal fluid

It is shown that the existence of Casimirs of a four-dimensional ideal fluid (for example, the Tartar series of Casimirs) means the existence of corresponding Casimirs of a three-dimensional incompressible stratified fluid.
