Time asymptotics of correlation functions of two and three quasilocal operators due to the fluctuations of hydrodynamical parameters is found in the method of varying the external field. The modified divergence-free perturbation theory for the evolution matrix of two-dimensional hydrodynamics is formulated. Equations of two-dimensional hydrodynamics with fluctuations are obtained which are nonlocal in spatial gradients.
