Electron states in ferromagnetic crystals with a single paramagnetic impurity
which differs from host atoms only by the electron potential are investigated. It is
shown that such an impurity creates a localized spin-polaron state and splits off an one-particle band from the band of two-particle electron-magnon states. Corresponding
criteria for such effects are pointed out.
