Phase transitions in quantum models of rotators and ferroelectrics

Conditions of the existence of long range order and bounds on critical temperatures are found for quantum models of rotators, quadrupoles and ferroelectrics. The method used is based on combining infrared bounds with the technique of the Wiener integrals.
