Renormalization group equations and effective action in curved space-time
Teoretičeskaâ i matematičeskaâ fizika, Tome 72 (1987) no. 1, pp. 58-67

Basing on the renormalization group equations we obtain the one-loop effective
action for an arbitrary quantum field theory in curved space-time with the accuracy up
to the second derivatives of scalar fields and terms including four derivatives of the
metric.
