A system with the cubic anisotropy of fourth order vertices is studied for the case of a model admitting exact calculation of the partition sum. It is shown that at certain relationship between the free energy functional parameters the phase transition in this system becomes discontinuous whereas the mean field theory predicts the second order phase transition. The result obtained agrees with the similar predictions of the fluctuations theory.
