Adjoint representations of exceptional Lie algebras

Commutation relations of Lie algebras are described by means of the magic square.
A new nonsymmetric modification of the magic square is suggested. A comparison
with the known symmetric constructions is carried out and some decompositions of
exceptional Lie algebras are considered.
