Relativistic energy spectrum of a~bound system of two particles. Local quasipotential equation

The construction of the interaction operator of two spinor particles is considered for a local quasipotential equation in the framework of quantum eleetrodynamics. The relativistic energy spectra of a hydrogen-like atom and positronium are obtained to order $\alpha^4$.
