The system of kinetic equations for a mixture of multiatomic gases interacting with a radiation field is solved by Bogolyubov's method in the relaxation gas-dynamic approximation. In the nondissipative approximation, the equations of the kinetics and relaxation gas dynamics together with the transfer equation for the radiation field are obtained.
