A study is made of the Ising model with external field and
unbounded random interaction in the high-temperature region. For
this model, an exponentially regular cluster expansion is
constructed at sufficiently high temperatures and the existence of
a limit Gibbs field and its uniqueness and analytic dependence on
the parameters are proved.
