Green's functions in the dicke model. I.~Evolution equation

A system of two-level emitters interacting with a photon field in the “rotating wave” approximation is investigated. For the Green's function of such a system an exact equation in which the variables of the photon field are eliminated is obtained. The self-consistent field approximation and the small value of the coupling constant are used to obtain a closed system of equations.
