The influence of the higher approximations of quantum chromodynamics on the asymptotic behavior of the cross sections of inclusive processes with large momentum transfers is studied. It is shown that allowance for the two-loop corrections in the quark distribution and fragmentation functions in the region $|1-x_T|\ll1$ does not affect the universality of the quark counting of anomalous dimensions.
