A study is made of a continuum model of an electrolyte solution occupying the lower half of a Cartesian space and bounded by a dielectric medium. An expression is obtained for the Jaeobian of the transition to collective variables. An effective approach to the ealculation of the structure distribution functions in the interphase region is proposed.
