In the framework of nonequilibrium statistical thermodynamics relations are obtained for the high-temperature kinetics of diffusion processes in the space of the transverse energies (diffusion dechanneling) and in the configuration space (migration of light impurities). It is assumed that the energy relaxation in the system is due to scattering of particles by thermal vibrations of the lattice atoms. The common as well as the different kinetic characteristics of collisional activation and the transition of particles (impurities) from one subsystem to another in elementary dechanneling events and incoherent impurity hopping are demonstrated.
