On the basis of the approximation of a dynamic self-consistent field a procedure is developed for analytic calculation of the dispersion and damping of the Goldstone branch of spin waves in a magnetic system with arbitrary number of spin subsystems. The case of a system with collinear ordering is considered in detail.
