Calculation of double logarithmic asymptotics of on-shell vertex functions

A method is proposed for calculating the double logarithmic asymptotics of vertex functions defined on the mass shell. The double logarithmic asymptotics of the on-shell electron form factor is calculated rigorously in an arbitrary perturbation order.
