Dimensional regularization and exact solution in an equation of the type of the radial Schrödinger equation

An equation of the type of the radial Schrödinger equation which arises in various problems of quantum field theory is considered. It is shown that the exact solution and a partial sum of the perturbation theory series for the solution coincide (up to an infinite renormalization constant) with the results obtained by the method of dimensional regularization.
