On the basis of analytic properties of amplitudes in the virtual particle mass, the connection between the processes of deep-inelastic hadron production and inclusive annihilation is established. Conditions of asymptotic coincidence of structure factors of these processes in the region of large values of the virtual particle mass and fixed value of the mass of system of undetected hadrons are formulated.
