Closed system of kinetic equations describing the evolution of neutral radiant gas as well as the radiation field taking into account the polarisation is obtained on the basis of the nonequilibrium statistical mechanics methods. Tensor coefficients of the spontaneous and stimulated radiation are introduced for describing the polarised radiation, which are generalisations of the scalar Einstein coefficients. Corrections to the kinetic equation of the transfer of the radiation are obtained taking into account wave properties of the electromagnetic field. The effect of the radiation processes on the single particle distribution function of the moleculi is taken into account by the additional collision integral.
