The problem of behaviour of inclusive cross-sections in the region of large transversal momenta is studied in the framework of the density matrix method. It is shown that the dimensional analysis and the singular character of the effective quasipotential lead to the power law of decreasing of the inclusive cross-sections and to the correct threshold behaviour in the exclusive limit.
