The Green's function method is used to consider a phase transition in ferroelectric semiconductors. Estimates are obtained for the corrections to the molecular field approximation. It is shown that in the framework of the investigated model the renormalizations obtained do not qualitatively affect the nature of the phase transition, but they must be taken into account in a quantitative description of the phenomena.
